Southwest Florida Web Design & Local SEO That Drive Leads

THE LUMINA PACKAGE

A new site, a year of local SEO, and a Google Business Profile that matches.

Lumina is our WordPress build plus a 12-month visibility system. It is built so Google, Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews can tell who you are, where you work, and why someone should call.

Setup

$1,500

Monthly

$250 / 12 months

Delivery

7–14 days

Included

Site + SEO + GBP

Monthly layer: technical and on-page SEO for Google and AI citation, 4 AI-ready posts, local SEO, voice-search structure, and Google Business Profile management.

Search did not disappear. It split.

People still Google “plumber Port Charlotte.” They also ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. A site built only for ten blue links is missing half the conversation.

“Less than 1% of your traffic comes from AI platforms. Almost 10% of your revenue does. By the time a buyer lands on your site, an AI already compared you, vetted you, and decided you’re worth their time. That’s not a traffic story anymore. That’s a trust story.”

— Neil Patel, NP Digital (July 2026)

3.1% → 7.4%

AI-search leads across 22 companies NP Digital tracked — roughly doubled in one year.

8× conversions

AI-referred visitors convert at 5.97% vs 0.72% traditional. Close in 3 days vs 8. $18.04 vs $2.56 revenue per visitor.

61% CTR drop

Informational queries with AI Overviews. Branded queries with an Overview: +18.7% CTR. Being named in the answer is not sitting under it unseen.

NP Digital ran 4,300 prompts across 500 commercial keywords: 75% of AI citations pull from sources outside Google’s top 10. Rank #1 still only gives about a 31% shot at appearing in an AI answer. Patel’s line: “SEO is no longer search engine optimisation; it should be called search everywhere optimisation.” And 91% of content AI engines cite is fresh or recently updated — stale pages do not get recommended. THE PROBLEM

Most local sites fail the second job.

The first job is looking professional. The second is getting found when someone in North Port, Venice, or Punta Gorda asks Google or ChatGPT who to call — then hearing back the same day.

The leak

The site looks fine. Maps is thin. The about page never says who you are. Saturday forms sit until Monday.

What we build

A WordPress site Google and AI can cite. One clear entity, schema, answer-first pages, Core Web Vitals that pass, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site.

What stays on

Monthly content, citations, GBP, and optional CRM / Meta follow-up so visibility becomes booked work.

SERVICES

What we actually do

We are a Southwest Florida web design and local SEO shop. The work is the system, not a pile of disconnected add-ons.

Lumina websites

Custom WordPress sites built for conversion, local search, and AI citation. Schema, E-E-A-T signals, and answer-first content from day one.

AI SEO & local search

Technical SEO, on-page work, citations, content, and Generative Engine Optimization so you show up in classic results and in AI answers.

Google Business Profile

Categories, photos, posts, Q&A, and a review process — the Map Pack surface most local buyers see first.

Citations & NAP

One name, one address, one phone across the web so Google and AI treat you as a single local business.

SEO hosting

Managed VPS tuned for speed and Core Web Vitals. $250/year.

Audits & PageSpeed

Find the leaks before you spend on traffic. Technical audit plus Core Web Vitals fixes.

Lumina Growth Engine

Optional layer: FluentCRM, nurture sequences, newsletters, and Meta ads on the same stack.

Meta ads

Paid demand when organic is not enough. Tracked to calls and form fills, not vanity clicks.

METHOD

What “AI-ready WordPress” means here

Lumina is not a locked CMS and not a theme skin. It is the WordPress pattern we use on every local service site.

1. Fast chassis

Crawlable URLs, one H1, mobile-first layout, Core Web Vitals as a launch rule, click-to-call, hosting that does not stall LCP.

2. One entity

Same legal name, city, service area, and phone on the site, in schema, and on GBP. Port Charlotte first.

3. Pages models can lift

Answer in the first 60 words. Question-style headings. FAQ blocks. Specifics, not adjectives.

4. Schema that matches the page

LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article, Breadcrumbs. Schema reduces confusion. It does not buy a ChatGPT ranking.

5. Monthly operating layer

Four AI-ready posts, citation and on-page refresh, GBP, technical watch. A finished site nobody updates still goes stale.

How a Lumina website gets built

A new site or a rebuild follows the same order. We do not design first and “add SEO later.”

Week one is intake. We collect the legal name, phone, service cities, photos, and the pages that already get calls. We look at Google Business Profile, Search Console if you have it, and whether ChatGPT or Gemini can describe the company without guessing. Most Southwest Florida service sites fail that last check. The about page never says who owns the shop or which counties they cover.

Then the chassis. WordPress with a clean URL structure, one H1 per page, click-to-call on mobile, and hosting that can pass Core Web Vitals. Divi is the builder we use on Lumina sites because owners can edit a service page without opening a ticket. The theme is not the product. The product is the entity: same name, same city, same phone on the site, in schema, and on the Google profile.

Then the pages models can lift. Each service page answers the question in the first 60 words. Headings match how people talk to Google and to ChatGPT (“Who does hydro jetting in North Port?”). An FAQ block sits on the page so the same answers can be marked up as FAQPage. We do not write 40 pages of filler. We write the pages that get the phone to ring.

Then launch and the monthly layer. Delivery is usually 7–14 business days after we have copy and photos. After launch the $250 month is four AI-ready posts, citation and on-page refresh, Google Business Profile management, and a technical watch on speed and indexation. A finished site nobody updates still goes stale. Generative systems prefer sources that still look current.

You stay the expert in the trade. We keep the site and the profile telling the same story.

What the stack actually is

Owners ask what they are paying for. Here is the list without the brochure language.

WordPress is the CMS. You can add a service, change a phone number, and publish a post. Lumina is the pattern on top of WordPress, not a locked platform you cannot leave.

Divi is how the layout is built. It is not a ranking factor by itself. Used sloppy it slows the page. Used tight — one H1, light modules, no unused sliders — it stays fast enough for local search.

Schema tells machines the same facts the page tells people: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Article, Breadcrumbs. Schema does not buy a ChatGPT ranking. It reduces the chance that Google or an AI model treats you as a different company than the one on Maps.

Hosting is a managed VPS tuned for LCP and INP, not a cheap shared plan. That is the $250/year layer. Slow hosting wastes the rest of the work.

Google Business Profile is a first-class surface. Categories, photos, posts, Q&A, and a review process belong in the same retainer as the site. For a plumber in Port Charlotte or a clinic in Venice, the Map Pack is often the first impression.

Optional Growth Engine sits on top: FluentCRM, nurture sequences, newsletters, and Meta ads. Use it if the leak is the handoff after the click. Skip it if you already answer the phone.

That stack is why a 12-month Lumina agreement exists. The build is the chassis. The month is the engine.

What local clients actually hired us to fix

We do not publish fake before-and-after rankings. What we can say is specific.

Strange Electric LLC (Joshua Strange) needed a site that looked like the trade, not a template. The work was service architecture and conversion paths — pages a homeowner can use, and a structure Google can parse.

Tyler Langston reported that after AI visibility work went on the site, visits almost tripled and revenue went up. That is one owner’s result, not a guarantee. The mechanism was the same one we use on Lumina sites: extractable pages, schema, and a profile that matches the domain.

Greg Hutchens has kept website work with US Web Central for more than twelve years. Long retainers are the point. A launch that dies in month three is not the product.

The pattern across those jobs is local. Port Charlotte base. Work in Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, and Lee counties. Contractors, clinics, and service companies that live on the phone. If you need a six-month brand book, we are the wrong firm. If you need a site that can be found this quarter and a person who picks up, that is the work.

Results vary by market, reviews, and whether someone answers the Saturday form. Rankings and AI citations are not guaranteed.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask

How much does a website cost with US Web Central?

Lumina is $1,500 to set up and $250 a month for 12 months. That includes the site (new or redesign), technical and on-page SEO for Google and AI citation, four AI-ready posts a month, local SEO, and Google Business Profile management.

How fast can you launch?

Most Lumina sites ship in 7–14 business days after we have copy, photos, and access. If the project needs extra integrations, we say so before we start.

Do you guarantee #1 in Google or ChatGPT?

No. We build the conditions that make rankings and AI citations possible. Results vary by market, competition, and whether the business collects reviews and answers the phone.

What is GEO?

Structuring your site so AI systems can retrieve and cite you when someone asks a question instead of clicking ten blue links.

Do I have to use the Growth Engine?

No. Site plus monthly SEO is the core package. Growth Engine is the add-on for owners who know the handoff is where jobs are lost.

Where are you located?

Port Charlotte, Florida. We work across Sarasota, Charlotte, Manatee, and Lee counties.

What platform do you build on?

WordPress. Lumina is the pattern on top of it, not a proprietary lock-in.

What does the first week look like?

Intake, access, and a punch list. We confirm NAP, GBP, and whether AI tools can describe the company. Design starts after those facts are stable.

Do I keep my domain and email?

Yes. We build on your domain. Email stays yours. We do not hold the site hostage.

Will you write the service pages or do I send copy?

Both. You send the facts only you know — cities, licenses, what you will and will not do. We turn that into answer-first pages.

What happens after the 12 months?

The site is yours. You can keep the monthly layer, step down, or take it in-house. WordPress is not a lock-in.
